Rangers Die Casting is one of the West Coast's leading producers of precision aluminum die castings. We offer a complete turnkey service including aluminum die casting design assistance, die design, precision aluminum alloy castings, machining, finishing and assembly. Our management team has more than 250 years of die casting industry experience. We serve Aerospace, Automotive, Communications, Computer, Electronics, HVAC, Medical Devices, Sporting Goods and other major market segments requiring aluminum die cast parts from five grams to five pounds. Rangers Die Casting has 14 aluminum die casting cells ranging from 275-tons to 625-tons to accommodate various cast aluminum components. Our machines are equipped with Tymac shot controls for efficient production of aluminum die cast components, aluminum die castings, aluminum die casting alloys and various prototype casting to meet production needs. We cast aluminum alloys 380, 383, 384, 360, 413 into high quality die cast aluminum parts.
