Rawhide Ranch, a Southern California camp tradition since 1963, is known for providing campers from all over the world with a taste of the ranch life. The camp is located in North San Diego County near the village of Fallbrook. Ranch programs are available September through May for youth groups and school groups. Summer Camp and Winter Camp programs are also available for individual campers, ages 7-15. The camp schedule features western riding & vaulting (gymnastics on horseback) instruction, animal care, animal & horse science classes and much more. All lessons are taught by certified instructors. A ranch camp experience will provide a lifetime of memories along with a new sense of independence, accomplishment, and pride as new skills are learned, new friendships are made, and a chance to joy a slower pace of life. Rawhide Ranch is proud to be accredited by both the ACA (American Camp Association) and CHA (Certified Horsemanship Association) assuring our camp families that we meet the highest camp and safety standards in the industry today.
