R&B Plastics Machinery, LLC is a custom manufacturer of single-screw extruders and blow molding equipment for plastics processing. The MAX single screw extrusion line comes in sizes from 3/4” to 10” diameter, all L/D ratios, with PLC, PC or discrete controls systems. The MAX Extruder line serves all facets of the market including pipe, profile, tubing, sheet, film, coating, wire and cable and reclaim.  MAX Impact is R&B’s feed screw line. Services include process analysis, screw design, prototype development, machine design and retrofits. 

R&B manufactures Wheel, Accumulator and Shuttle blow-mold machines plus trimmers/de-tabbers and Parison control systems.  Our private-brand blow molders are used by major container companies in diverse end-use markets such as packaging, medical, food/beverage, and more.  This includes all sizes/shapes of bottles plus other products.  R&B’s experienced service/support team has18 field-service specialists for quick response times, including the most complex repair projects and installations.  The company provides rebuild and modernization services for all makes and models of extrusion and blow molding equipment. Prototype/mold testing available.
