WBE Advantage RBLD is a women-owned business with recent integration of Aurora Lighting Design, signaling a strategic expansion and potential cross-selling opportunities with larger firms and clients seeking diverse leadership and inclusive practices.

Boutique Scale With a small team and specialized services in lighting design, daylighting, and sustainable design, there is an opportunity to position RBLD for targeted project-based collaborations with larger architecture firms seeking focused lighting expertise on select projects.

Sustainability Focus Emphasis on sustainable design and social impact projects aligns with growing client demand for energy-efficient, human-centric lighting solutions, creating upsell potential for high-performance lighting systems and certifications.

Revenue Growth Annual revenue in the mid single to low double digits combined with award-winning credentials suggests a credible partner for firms needing proven lighting design consultants on mid to large-scale projects.

Strategic Partnerships Recent integration with ALD indicates openness to strategic mergers or collaborations; explore co-bid opportunities, joint proposals, and referrals with complementary firms to expand market reach.
