Our modern manufacturing facility has 1200 tons of silo (HEATED) storage capacity and we can produce 3200 tons of HMA within an eight hour day or night operation. Our plant has two sets of weigh scales for high speed loading and weighing enabling trucks a quick departure. The plant's high-speed computer loading system allows for quicker turnaround time between project sites and our plant. RCA Asphalt is approved by the NYSDOT, NYCDOT, the County of Westchester and multiple local municipalities. We manufacture Sandard Asphalt Mixes, DOT Superpave Mixes as well as Port Authority and FAA Asphalt using only the highest quality materials available. The quality asphalt manufactured daily at RCA, along with our competitive fair market pricing is known throughout the industry. We pride our successful operation on impeccable service, technical knowledge, quality control monitoring (daily) and the foresight of customer requirements and expectations. We also manufacture, package and distribute GREENPATCH- the eco-friendly cold mix asphalt product which is 100% petroleum base free. This product is currently being used by the NYCDOT, NYCDEP, CON EDISON of NY and a wide host of state and local agencies and municipalities.
