Reach A Village operates within the religious institutions sector, providing training and Biblical resources to local Christians who aim to spread the Gospel, disciple believers, and establish churches in unreached areas. Its work centers on supplying scriptures and study materials through cost-efficient distribution, supporting churches and mission groups with resources for personal and group Bible study, and offering training in strategic evangelism and church planting through partnerships with local churches and mission organizations. The organization emphasizes accountability by measuring and reporting the impact of its partners, with a focus on helping indigenous Christian leaders reach remote villages where evangelical presence is minimal.

Based in Park Forest, Illinois, Reach A Village works with national Christian leaders to equip workers for outreach in underserved regions, seeking to enable ministries that can operate with limited resources in difficult environments. The group frames its mission as encouraging indigenous ministries to fulfill the Great Commission by combining resource provision with prayerful partnership, aiming to extend gospel access in areas where many will not encounter evangelical Christians. The company is relatively small in scale and operates within a network of similar faith-based organizations focused on development and evangelism.
