Catalyst Sulfiding Services
Reactor Resources (RxR) is a supplier of sulfur chemicals and injection services for refinery and petrochemical applications.  RxR was formed in 2011 with the goal of establishing a new standard in sulfiding.  In 2017, we expanded our services to Europe with the establishment of Reactor Resources BV in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.  The chemicals we supply are DMDS, TBPS, and DMS.

Key Innovations from Reactor Resources:
o Sulfur Injection with patented SmartSkids™ equipped with wireless telemetry. The customer can constantly monitor flow rate, total gallons pumped, pressure, H2S concentration, Hydrogen Purity, and/or Total Sulfur.
o Pump operating data and gas concentrations are viewable in real-time with our cloud-connected skids

Online H2S Analyzer
o Measures H2S levels of the recycle gas in real-time
o Eliminates the need for operators to pull draeger tubes while wearing SCBA
o Allows optimization of injection rates, saving on chemical cost, reducing compressor issues, and shortening startup time

Online Hydrogen Analyzer
o Continuously measures the hydrogen concentration of the recycle gas
o Allows precise control of sour gas purging and makeup hydrogen addition
o Reduces the chance of exceeding sulfur stack limits and forming excess coke
o Eliminates the need for laboratory personnel to analyze hydrogen samples
