Ready Rig designs a camera support system for DSLR and Digital Cinema Cameras that stabilizes the setup and distributes weight away from the operator’s shoulders, allowing the camera to be positioned in front of the operator with ease. The system enables framing from a wide range of angles, including low, high, and side-to-side positions, with quick, fluid repositioning and a 180-degree dutch capability. It keeps any mounted LCD monitor in the operator’s line of sight, supporting continuous monitor use during takes.

Based in Los Angeles, California, the company serves professionals in the movies, videos, and sound industry who require stability and freedom of movement to capture dynamic shots. As a small team, it emphasizes comfort and endurance, helping operators shoot for extended periods with reduced fatigue. Users have noted that the Ready Rig can reduce the need to tinker with other shoulder mounts, allowing focus on composing the shot.
