We directly acquire our products from carrier trade-in programs, big-box retailers and manufacturers. All cellphones and accessories that we source undergo our stringent, best-in-class triage process during which they are both functionally tested and cosmetically graded. We recycle more than 95% of our disposable material which includes OEM batteries, LCD displays, circuit boards, plastics, and other items. We also maintain compliance with the Deerfield Beach Environmental Agency, the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive, Restriction of Hazardous Substances Compliance, and the EPA.
