The Real Asset Exchange (RAX) is pioneering the tokenization of assets, focusing first on the global real estate market. Our platform allows investors to purchase property asset tokens (“PAT”) that are the economic equivalent of fractional ownership in properties. Investors use Bitcoin (BTC) or Ethereum (ETH) to purchase PAT. Each PAT provides rights to rental income distribution and value appreciation for such property. 

With the platform, investors can easily build in a diversified global real estate portfolio based on their own risk profile and capital resources. The use of cryptocurrency and blockchain make it significantly easier and more efficient for cross-border transactions and provide more transparency to international investors. Real estate investment is no longer only for the rich and connected -- anyone with cryptocurrency may be able to participate in this stable and proven asset class.

The RAX platform is being by developed by SamuraiX LLC, a U.S. Delaware limited liability company (the “Company” or “SamuraiX”). The Company’s principal place of business is Silicon Valley, California, U.S. and it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PlayNext, Inc.
