Real Estate Round Table is a policy-focused forum within the real estate sector that brings together leaders from publicly held and privately owned real estate ownership, development, lending, and management firms with leaders of national real estate trade associations to address national policy issues affecting real estate and the broader economy. Based in Brockton, Massachusetts, it operates with a very small staff. The organization’s purpose is to facilitate dialogue on policy at a national level among major real estate interests and trade associations.

In March 2026, the Real Estate Round Table partnered with the Environmental Protection Agency as part of a broad coalition supporting the Department of Energy's lead role for ENERGY STAR, following a memorandum of agreement with the EPA. Leadership history includes Debra A. Cafaro being elected Chair for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018.
