Real Solutions Home Health Care, Inc. is a Medicare and Medicaid certified home health and palliative care agency servicing Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Indian River Counties.

Our on-call nurse clinicians answer all calls directly. Our patients, caregivers, and physicians will NEVER be placed on hold by an answering service.
