The family partnership began in 2002 when brothers Lowell and Jamie Hankel, along with Tom Fancher (Jamie's father in-law) founded Reality Homes with a vision to build high quality, affordable custom homes with lasting value and energy-efficiency.

The family's vision was made a reality by starting from scratch in a small showroom in Fife, WA. and growing the business to meet the ever changing needs of our homebuyers, while never straying from our core commitment to quality, integrity and value.

Along the way we have built thousands of homes and expanded the business to 10 Model Home/Design Center locations throughout Washington, Oregon and Idaho; leading the "Built on Your Land" industry.
