Our History: HHB Realty III was formed in 1982 with Elizabeth Hamil and Shirley Hitch as two of the three originating partners. As a three agent firm, HHB Realty III was a consistent sales and listing leader in Blount County, earning numerous awards for outstanding performance and a reputation for high integrity. In 1998, HHB Realty III became Realty III, Inc. with the addition of long-time Blount County Realtors Darrell Tipton and Bill Morton as partners.
