ABOUT US:

RIA is a Network of Independent Contractors who are Commercial and Residential Real Estate Agents and Brokers collaborating on an ecosystem platform.  Our Brokers and Agents each have their own geographic and product niche in which they promote their unique style and exceptional service.  We are currently hiring both Brokers and Agents in all regions of Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

SERVICES: 
Realty Investment Advisors' service is to research, advise, originate, negotiate, sell and lease commercial office and retail real estate, multi-family and mixed-use building projects, and land for governments, institutions, trusts, developers, builders, landlords, tenants, and individuals, and to always implement our strategy with a standard of excellence.

Realty Investment Advisors Private Brokerage sells and leases premium and luxury residential single family, town homes, condominiums, and apartments.  We also have specialties within REO, Short Sales, and HUD residential properties.  We work with exclusive and discerning buyers and sellers, passionately focusing on our clientele's aspirations.

MISSION STATEMENT:

Our mission is to provide an ecosystem platform for a network of independent Brokers and Agents that is a driving force to allow them to be liberated from the constraints of the traditional corporate brokerage structures, and to provoke them to collaborate on transactions and business.  RIA was formed in response to the technology driven cultural changes of our time.  

Thriving within the framework of "The Internet of Things", we adhere to a mission with core principals grounded in community involvement and commitment, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability.

STRUCTURE:

We offer our Real Estate Brokerage Services in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.  We have job openings in all regions of these jurisdictions, and will expand to other states in the near future.
