Rebecca Kitson Law opened its doors in May of 2012. We are an AV-rated® law firm practicing all areas of immigration law. We pride ourselves on being a small, family-owned and -centered business that is dedicated to personalized service. Our firm and staff have longstanding tradition of community involvement in order to promote outreach and education in the areas of civil rights and the positive evolution of our immigration laws and system. We proudly participate and partner with ACLU-NM, Enlace Communitario, Organizers in the Land of Enchantment, the Immigration Section of the NM Bar, and the University of New Mexico School of Law, among others. Since 2009, Rebecca Kitson has taught courses in Immigration Law at UNM School of Law in support of educating attorneys about immigrants and law. To that same end, she has committed herself to consistently presenting at the state and national level to educate attorneys and the public.
