We provide adult and adolescent substance use disorder outpatient services as well as inpatient residential treatment services for adult males. We also offer Recovery Support Services for those dealing with Opioid dependence. Description Providing substance abuse treatment for drugs and alcohol for ages 13 and up. RCSETX has outpatient offices in Beaumont and Orange for both male and females, and a inpatient residential center in Beaumont for men only. SETCADA Community Coalition Partnership is designed to build partnerships within the community. Our mission is to prevent and reduce underage drinking.
