Wilkes Recovery Revolution, Inc. (WRR) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, peer-founded and operated organization located in Wilkes County, North Carolina. Established in 2016, WRR is dedicated to creating a community where recovery is not only possible, but expected and supported. We provide a wide range of peer-led, person-centered programs and services that support individuals impacted by substance use and mental health challenges. Our initiatives include harm reduction, recovery housing, peer support, workforce development, education and training, crisis response, and community outreach. All of our programs are grounded in lived experience and built upon the eight dimensions of wellness, ensuring holistic, sustainable support. With over 26 dedicated staff members, 100% of whom are in recovery or have lived experience, WRR serves more than 4,000 individuals annually through innovative programs like the R3 Recovery Center, Wilkes Harm Reduction Collective, Phases Transitional Housing, Hope Warriors, Fresh Start Farm, Wilkes Fresh Mobile Market, and the soon-to-launch Cameron Ridge Treatment Services. We are proud to lead a grassroots recovery movement in rural North Carolina—restoring hope, repairing lives, and rebuilding community.
