.Red Barn Equipment was established by Dan DeJong, after 28 years in farm equipment sales and management. Dan’s passion for farm equipment stems from an early background in farming, and extends to his current desire to meet a grower’s equipment needs with the correct product to fit their farming practices.

His background includes researching the broad variety of equipment available, and defining which equipment will best suit farmers to meet the current economic and environmental needs.

Our focus is to introduce and provide equipment that uses both established technology and new technology. By introducing the latest technology, we provide equipment that has a payback to growers by reducing operating costs. This new technology increases profitability by reducing fuel, chemical and labor costs.

Dan’s ultimate goal is a satisfied customer, operating the proper equipment to suit their farming needs for ultimate crop production.

 In alignment with this farming philosophy, Dan realizes the needs of farmers to either sell their equipment from time to time, or purchase previously owned equipment. He uses his broad customer base and has created a network for consignment sales.
