The Principals of Red Bridge Partners have been actively investing in multifamily real estate for 12 years and have closed over 20 transactions as partners since 2008. We are a boutique, full-service, real estate investment and management firm committed to providing “Value-Add” and “Opportunistic” returns to our investors. Our approach is to identify and acquire underutilized properties at an attractive investment basis with significant income and value upside. We capture the upside through strategic capital improvements following the vacancy of under market rental units.
