Red Rock Fertility Center is a modern, boutique-style fertility practice located in Las Vegas, NV. Our caring, team oriented approach to healthcare ensures our patients receive the highest quality of care and in turn creates high success rates.

Founded in 2008, by Practice Director, Dr. Eva Littman, Red Rock Fertility Center has grown to be one of the most successful fertility centers on the West Coast.  Specializing in challenging cases and helping patients that other doctors have deemed as having a slim chance of conceiving is something we feel proud about.  Some of the attributes for our success are that we use the latest technology and customize our treatment plans for each patient.  We also have two on-site embryologists and a world renowned Laboratory Director.  We are the only center in Nevada to have a Class 6 clean room environment (the air is 166,000 times more pure than ordinary room air).  In addition, we are the only practice in Las Vegas to include pre-implantation Genetic Screening (PGS) in our Ultra IVF cycle which allows screening for potential chromosome abnormalities prior to becoming pregnant.  

Both our doctors, Dr. Littman and Dr. Severino as well as our nurse practitioner, Shannon McGrath have trained at some of the world's leading medical centers and have an amazing spirit filled with compassion and hope.  Having leadership with the exceptional training and experience such as theirs is why our practice has grown to be so successful in such a short amount of time.
