Red Seal Development Corp. (also known as Red Seal Homes), is a third-generation builder of outstanding homes and neighborhoods since 1934. From our humble beginnings after World War II, Red Seal Homes has believed in the power of family. Joe Horwitz, our founder, understood that he was making a profound difference in people’s lives and the neighborhoods they would proudly call home.
