As one of the largest private landowners in DC, we have a build-to-core development pipeline of approximately eight million square feet at a cost of $5 billion and a comparable amount in early-stage development located across the country.  We delivered the largest multifamily building in the world to seek International Living Future Institute (ILFI) Zero Carbon certification, and our pipeline includes 10 buildings under development or construction that are designed to achieve the same certification.
