Loan sizes generally range from $20MM to $175MM+, with proceeds utilized for acquisitions, growth capital, dividend recaps, or refinancing of existing debt on more favorable terms. 

Reedland maintains relationships around the world with commercial banks, BDCs, SBICs, life insurance companies, family offices, private debt funds, and other hybrid lenders who fund either asset-based loans, cash flow-based loans, or enterprise value loans.  The breadth and quality of those relationships, coupled with Reedland’s extensive market intelligence and knowledge of constantly shifting lender sector preferences and underwriting parameters, enables us to effectively guide our clients towards making the best and most well-informed borrowing decisions possible.
