Regency Insurance Group, Inc., an ESOP company founded in 1981, is a workers’ compensation program specialist, surplus lines broker, and independent agency located in East Lansing, Michigan. As a 100% employee owned company, we take pride in ownership. Our staff is well trained and knowledgeable with an average tenure of over ten years. As an “owner” everyone here has an “extra” incentive to try and exceed our client’s expectations. We specialize in designing and administering unique workers’ compensation programs called SIG’s (self insured groups) that are authorized and regulated by the State of Michigan. We distribute the various programs through a select group of independent insurance agencies throughout the state. With an expertise in affinity marketing, many of these programs become endorsed by various industry trade groups. We also take pride in being recognized by our industry peers as one of the best of the best. This “Best Practices” practice designation is awarded by the Independent Insurance Agents Association (IIAA).
