Regency Taxi is one of the largest cab companies in Montgomery County with a fleet of one hundred fifty vehicles, twenty-five (25) which are wheelchair accessible. Regency also has a sedan division and we provide van service and bus service for large groups. Regency provides service that either originates from, or travel to Montgomery County, and on a prearranged contract can perform multi-jurisdictional trips. 

The company utilizes a computerized reservation system and operates 24x7x365. Regency provides an e-mail reservation system and a 24 hour, 7 days a week call center. Requests for time reservations or wheelchair accessible taxis should be placed at least 2 hours in advance. Requests that are to be placed under the transportation account need to be identified as account calls when placed. Hundreds of organizations currently use Regency Taxi Inc. on account basis most with credit card on file payment system.

Trip rates are based on a taxi meter rate schedule set by Montgomery County. Montgomery County Taxicab regulations require that the company charge the meter rate, which can vary depending upon mileage, traffic and waiting time. Typically, a 10 mile trip will cost $26 and a trip of 20 miles $46. Regency welcomes corporate accounts and preprinted vouchers are available to those organizations that have a central distribution point.
