Region 10 Education Service Center (Region 10 ESC) is an education administration organization based at 400 East Spring Valley, Richardson, Texas 75081, United States. It was established by the Texas State Legislature in 1967 as one of twenty regional service centers created to provide services to schools within a defined geographic region. The center is non-regulatory and has no taxing authority, with services offered on a voluntary basis to local schools.
