The Regional Industrial Development Corporation (RIDC) is a private, nonprofit organization focused on regional economic development in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Founded in 1955, its mandate centers on creating job opportunities and diversifying the local economy through the development and management of industrial real estate. Operating from Pittsburgh, RIDC pursues a broad, regional approach rather than a single-site strategy. 

Its work targets business and industry in the region by delivering access to developed industrial space and facilities that support manufacturing and other operations. In October 2024, RIDC, in partnership with the Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation, acquired a million-square-foot site and completed the first phase of building out the Re:Build space.
