REH Holdings, Inc. was organized in 1986 to serve as the holding company for its operating subsidiaries; Elderlee, Inc., L.S. Lee, Inc., and Lee Fence and Outdoor, LLC.  The company name is dedicated to the achievements of Robert E. Hirschman, whose ambition and ingenuity set the values and culture for our company to this day. This is embodied in our mission statement – Quality, Service, Integrity, Safety.

Elderlee, Inc. specializes in the manufacturing and construction of highway safety products. Our manufacturing operations, located in Oaks Corners, NY consist of steel fabrication, hot-dip galvanizing, and sign manufacturing services. The Construction Division provides guardrail and sign installation services for the public and private sectors throughout New York State.

L.S. Lee, Inc. specializes in the installation and maintenance of highway guardrail products, impact attenuators, highway signs, and pedestrian handrail systems. With offices in York, PA, Baltimore, MD, and Richmond, VA, our crews provide installation services throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and The District of Columbia.

Lee Fence and Outdoor, LLC provides residential and commercial fence services in Central Pennsylvania.
