Rehab Financial Group, LP is a rehab and hard money lender helping real estate investors purchase and rehab non-owner-occupied 1-4 family investment properties.  We provide funding for 100% of the purchase and 100% of the rehab costs.  Our loans are for 9 months with a 3-month optional extension (extension fees apply), allowing investors to rehab a property that would otherwise be unfinanceable through a conventional bank. Once the rehab is complete, our clients have the option to refinance with a traditional bank (and hold for cash flow) or place the property on the market and sell it for a profit.

RFG lends rehab hard money loans in 18 states: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
