Transforming the way heating and warming elements are manufactured, Reliaheat is screen-printed with Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) ink, a self-regulating element that can heat quickly to equilibrium temperature and stabilize without external controls. Eliminating the need to use traditional wires that can overheat, burn, or melt, Reliaheat is an exciting technology with the potential to increase safety and reliability for a wide variety of heating applications.

Reliaswitch features a sealable, water-resistant design that reduces the risk of cracks, fractures and open traces. While the vast majority of membrane switches currently produced are single-sided — constructed with inherent points of weakness that invite unnecessary risk into your application — Reliaswitch employs a specialized screen-printing process that enables circuitry to be printed on both the top and bottom of the circuit substrate, making it inherently more reliable.
