Renewable Energy Solution Systems, Inc. designs and manufactures solar-powered DC-to-DC converters for telecommunications equipment, enabling seamless integration with existing DC-powered gear. The systems provide redundancy when the electrical grid is down, maintain steady DC power during sunlight, and maximize energy capture at compact cell-site footprints. The company emerged from research and development aimed at overcoming barriers to solar adoption in the telecom sector and introduced the RES 64i and Quantum Series product lines after its formation in December 2008.

Headquartered in Port Washington, New York, the firm operates within the renewable energy semiconductor manufacturing industry. Its solutions address telecommunications operators seeking reliable solar power options, offering both grid-tied configurations that offset power use and off-grid setups that serve as the primary daylight power source and charge batteries, including the elimination of diesel fuel where applicable.
