In 2011 Renovators Ltd and Owner Assisted Remodeling (OAR) merged to form Renovations Group Inc. Both Renovators, Ltd and OAR continue to operate under their respected and established names; however, these names are now trade-names or “Doing Business As” (DBA) names only. Our main showroom location is in Elm Grove (13390 Watertown Plank Road Elm Grove, WI 53122). We also operate a second showroom location in Elkhorn, WI at 1560 N Country Club Pkwy. Renovators Ltd was established in 1985, and is a full service design-build remodeling company that specializes in residential and light commercial construction. Owner Assisted Remodeling is, as the name implies, a unique remodeling experience that allows a homeowner to do as much or as little of their project as they choose. This involvement could be doing some of the work themselves, or the use of trade contractors that are friends or family members. The homeowner also has the option to supply some of their own products such as faucets or flooring. In addition to the hands-on construction services, we also offer professional in-house design services to our clients. We are proud to claim a total of six nationally certified professionals on staff, and have been awarded over 60 Remodeler Awards and Individual Achievement Awards. If you have a residential or light commercial remodeling idea, but don’t know where to start; we are the “go to” contractor in Southeastern Wisconsin. We take “full service” to a whole new level.
