Therapeutic services at Resiliency and Health Institute are tailored to support the whole health of each individual and family we serve. The trauma informed therapeutic framework by which we work is informed by research, up to date training, and continued interest in providing quality services to all clients. At RHI we pride ourselves on providing integrated mental health services through a trauma informed perspective that focuses on supporting psychological and emotional safety for both our clients and providers.​ Services Provided: -Individual therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults -Couples therapy services -Family therapy services -Group therapy services for adolescents and adults -Play therapy -Yoga Calm ​-ACE's Interface Trainings ​-Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) ​-Educational services on select topics -Individual and/or group supervision for mental health practitioners pursuing licensure with the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy and the Minnesota Board of Social Work ​-Workshops for Teams: Build leadership teams' business and risk management knowledge; developing supervisory and performance management skills, preventing and managing stress in a high burnout environments, building cohesion with the leadership team and program the development of a mutual support network within the leadership team. Payment for Services: RHI accepts most insurance plans. It is always a good idea to call your insurance provider to inquire about your specific mental health coverage before beginning therapy. Out of pocket payment is also acceptable.
