Resonance is a social impact property fund manager and a proud B Corp. We create and manage innovative social impact investment funds that deliver financial and targeted social impact.

We provide life-changing housing solutions for people experiencing crisis through our seven residential Property Funds, offering safe, affordable homes with wraparound support through partnerships with our expert housing providers.

These funds enable individuals and families to transition out of homelessness into safe, supportive housing. Five of our funds support people facing housing crisis In addition, we also manage two specialist property funds: the Women in Safe Homes fund, supporting women facing housing exclusion due to domestic abuse or leaving the criminal justice system without a home to go to; and the Resonance Supported Homes Fund, which provides long-term housing solutions for individuals with learning disabilities and autistic people.

Since 2013, our property funds have provided homes for over 4,400 people in 1,350 homes across the UK.

Founded in 2002, we now manage c£440m across 11 impact investment funds, including:

Property Funds – Scaling access to housing for vulnerable groups, particularly those with learning disabilities, women escaping domestic abuse and people experiencing homelessness.

Impact Labs – We innovate and provide tailored investment to social enterprises tackling poverty in the communities they serve. We also support community-led organisations to develop and own local assets—helping to revitalise neighbourhoods, build local resilience, and create long-term social value.
In addition to our investment funds, we have an advisory service that works with social enterprises, helping them to grow their impact and raise capital.
