NATURAL RESOURCE  ALLOCATIONS are among the most complex and critical decisions made by management and policy-makers. Assisting clients to evaluate trade-offs which foster the wise allocation of resources is the primary mission of Resource Decisions. Such tools include cost-benefit analysis, statistical analysis, non-market valuation, and regional input-output analysis. We often use decision analysis methods to assist in integrating complex information and constraints and trade-offs. All of these tools are applied using a practical, common-sense approach.
