Providing office space, meeting space & conference space for London's voluntary sector. 
Resource for London is where the voluntary sector comes to work, meet and exhibit. We are the largest Centre for the voluntary sector in the capital with a conference hall and 12 meeting rooms - the ideal choice for meetings, conferences and AGMs.     
Owned by Trust for London and managed by the Ethical Property Company, all proceeds stay within the voluntary sector and are used to support groups tackling inequality in London while the Centre is managed to high environmental standards.        
Resource for London has fully serviced, unfurnished offices available to rent from 200-2,000ft²/18.5-185m². Rent and room hire charges are subsidised for the voluntary sector and all profits support the aims work of Trust for London.

The Centre is fully accessible with two lifts and a small kitchen on each floor. There is a secure entry system on each floor and reception is staffed throughout the day. With each office, we do offer a limited archive storage facility. Tenants at Resource for London also benefit from access the centre 24 hours a day, cycle parking and breakout space with kitchen. The centre is also fully accessible to people with disabilities.
