Contact Resource Genesee when you want to give help (through volunteerism and donations), get help (we can connect you with any human or social service in the county, tax help, homeless outreach), or learn to lead (through our adult leadership programs). We are located in Flint, Michigan and serve all of Genesee County, Michigan. Resource Genesee collaborates with local charities, non profit organizations, businesses and educational institutions to fulfill our mission: Mobilize people and resources to build a thriving, vibrant community. We are the volunteer center for Flint & Genesee County: HandsOn Genesee. We are home for information and referral services to health and human services for Genesee County residents (810)767-0500. We also launched 2-1-1, a 24-hour help hotline that connects people in need with agencies that can help them. We are home to Leadership Genesee, an adult leadership program. ReMix Genesee is a program for youth 16-24 who are "disconnected" and need to get engaged in education or employment. We have a homeless outreach which assists people who are homeless or facing potential homelessness.
