The firm was founded in 2012 initially focused on capitalizing on the rapidly evolving area of single family home rental properties while concentrating on low and moderate income geographies with particular need for stabilization.  Other current activities include multifamily property investments and solar installations with its affiliated company Mountain West Solar.

Leveraging the insight of its partners gained over multiple real estate cycles, the firm is now utilizing the platform to grow into new areas. A common thread that connects these opportunities is a value add aspect often deemed too challenging by others. Restore’s partners have experience in repositioning single and multifamily properties, complex land entitlement and brownfield remediation.
