Established in 2007, Resurface Inc. is a small, woman owned business certified by SWAM, WBE and VDOT.  We specialize in asphalt paving, concrete and site work servicing the D.C., Maryland and Virginia area.  Together, our team provides decades of experience from the very beginning of your project all the way through the completion of your job.  Our employees are not only knowledgeable and educated, but they stand behind their quality of workmanship and use nothing but well maintained, state of the art equipment.
