Resurgens Technology Partners is an Atlanta-based private equity firm focused on investing in North American & select European, lower middle-market businesses with a focus on enterprise software. 

The firm’s established investment strategy is primarily focused on majority investments in North American and select European lower middle-market application and IT infrastructure software businesses. Resurgens is committed to delivering world-class operating support, talent and human capital expertise and M&A execution capabilities to each of its portfolio companies. The firm invests in founder-owned businesses and carve-out transactions, as well as recapitalizations of investor-owned companies.

We are investing out of our third fund, a $800 million institutionally-backed vehicle closed in 2024.

INVESTMENT CRITERIA
•$5-30 million in recurring revenue (add-ons may be smaller than the 
minimum revenue figure specified)
•Preference for majority recapitalizations but will also consider select minority investment opportunities
