Retracting Solutions is a family run business distributing Phantom Screens for the past 11 years in North Carolina.  Myrtle Beach, S.C. was recently added to our territory in 2007.

Janice and Jody Ward (sister and brother) moved to North Carolina to start JW Distributors, Inc. & Retracting Solutions in 1998.  They sold and installed Phantom Screens in south Florida and immediately realized North Carolina would be a great market for the Phantom Screens product line.  Of course, it was a great decision.  They have grown quickly and made many friends and business contacts.   Janice and Jody convinced their other brother Jonny to move his family up from Florida to work with Retracting Solutions  (Mom and Dad came too).  Janice, Jody and Jonny all work together now with a common goal; to do an excellent job the first time.

The Wards pride themselves on hard work and a great reputation.  They believe in doing the job right the first time. If there is a problem they will solve it quickly.

They truly enjoy seeing the delight on the customers face, when the job is done and the realization is apparent, that the Phantom Screen is better than they could have ever imagined.
