The Revana Vineyards story begins with an extraordinary journey of determination. Doing things the "usual way" was never an option for Dr. Madaiah Revana, who grew up in rural India before becoming a leading cardiologist in Houston. Dr. Revana arrived in America with just $8 in his pocket, seizing a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to pursue medical training in the United States. Through relentless dedication, he built a renowned cardiology practice in Houston, approaching each day with a commitment to constant improvement. This same spirit of seizing opportunities and pursuing excellence without compromise now drives every aspect of Revana Vineyards' operations across the United States and Argentina. Revana Estate was the first winery in the family, established in 1997. Inspired by the untapped potential of the unexplored Dundee Hills, Dr. Revana acquired the future Alexana Estate in 2005. Finally, Corazón del Sol was established in 2008 after an encounter with an exceptional and extreme property in Argentina’s Uco Valley.

Each Revana estate represents a one-of-a-kind opportunity seized at just the right moment. Revana Estate in Napa Valley, the founding property, secured some of the last remaining fallow acres on the valley floor. This is the Estate at which the company now crafts powerful yet elegant Cabernet Sauvignon from the valley's most pedigreed sites. At Alexana, in Oregon's Dundee Hills, the company discovered an extraordinary property with 18 distinct soil types, enabling a novel exploration of terroir via Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. In Argentina's Uco Valley, Corazón del Sol pioneers Rhône varieties at extreme elevations, establishing new possibilities for South American wine. While each estate maintains its unique identity, they remain united by an uncompromising commitment to quality and relentless pursuit of excellence.
