Rex Lumber Company is one of the largest wholesale tropical and domestic hardwood distributors and custom moulding manufacturers on the eastern seaboard. In business for over 65 years, Rex Lumber Company services woodworkers, retailers, store fixture manufacturers and other companies throughout North America that use hardwood lumber and mouldings in their manufacturing processes.

Rex Lumber Company employs over 200 people, but has been able to maintain a family-like atmosphere in spite of its growth. The combination of our dedicated employees, a long list of reliable suppliers of high quality lumber, and our loyal customers has enabled Rex Lumber Company to become one of the premier hardwood and softwood moulding and lumber distributors in the country. 

Since our start in 1946, we have only purchased lumber from sawmills that we feel harvest lumber using sound forestry practices. We have not and will not purchase lumber from any source that has been involved in any improper practices, and we have been FSC® Certified since 2001.
