In 2021, Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking became the majority shareholder of REYL & Cie Ltd. As of 30 June 2025, the Intesa Sanpaolo Group had a market capitalisation of more than EUR 87 billion, assets under management and administration of EUR 900 billion and a net income of EUR 5.2 billion.
