Rhode Island Medical Imaging (RIMI) is a regional diagnostic imaging provider based in Warwick, Rhode Island. It operates a network of 16 private imaging facilities and is staffed by more than 90 board-certified radiologists with broad experience and subspecialty training, who also perform and interpret imaging for ten Rhode Island hospitals and one Massachusetts hospital. 

RIMI is accredited by the American College of Radiology and was Rhode Island's first outpatient Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence, with designation as a Breast Imaging Center and as a Lung Cancer Screening Center. Several radiologists are faculty at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. In 2025, the company appointed JoAnn Barbato as Senior Vice President of Operations.
