The Richard T. Kiko Agency was established in 1970 by Richard T. Kiko, Sr. Dick’s love for the Absolute Auction method of marketing, instilled by his father, Russ Kiko, was the motivation that led him to the Missouri School of Auctioneering in 1958, where he earned the designation of Auction Colonel that same year. In 1969 he obtained his real estate broker’s license. Dick’s daughter, Lori, became the associate broker in the year 2000. 

The company was originally located in downtown Canton and is still located in the Canton area, where Richard continues to serve his brothers and family. 

The Richard T. Kiko Agency specializes in selling real estate via the Auction Method of marketing as well as through the traditional method of listings for sale. 

The Agency is an active member and contributor of many auction and real estate organizations including the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the Stark County Association of Realtors, the National Auctioneers Association, the Ohio Auctioneers Association, the Canton Chamber of Commerce, the Jackson-Belden Chamber of Commerce, the Akron Chamber of Commerce and many other organizations.
