OWENS LAUNCHED HIS EPONYMOUS LINE IN 1994, OPERATING OUT OF A RAW STOREFRONT OFF HOLLYWOOD BOULEVARD. PHOTOGRAPHER CORINNE DAY SHOT KATE MOSS IN HIS CLOTHING FOR CARINE ROITFELD’S VOGUE PARIS, WHICH CAUGHT THE ATTENTION OF ANNA WINTOUR.
