Riley Tractor Parts, Inc. is a wholesale company that supplies many hard-to-find, after-market farm tractor parts to implement dealers, salvage yards, online distributors, Ag distributors and repair shops all over North America. The RTP product line emphasizes parts for older tractors, including Allis-Chalmers, Case, Ford, Farmall/International, John Deere, Massey, Minneapolis-Moline, and Oliver.

RTP has been incorporated in Ohio since 1984. Patrick and Dana Riley started the business out of their home, and their three sons grew up with the business. The two older sons, Jeremiah and Zach, have since joined the business and have helped it to continue to grow and expand as the market dictates. In the fall 2007, they moved the operation to a much larger facility in order to accommodate the growing inventory and vast number of items being offered.

Riley Tractor Parts, Inc. has also acquired Y & F Cushion Mfg. Co. Y & F manufactures many of the seats and seat covers that are offered in the RTP catalog. Y & F also offers some industrial seats that are not listed in the RTP catalog.
