We are a women-owned business with an executive team of 100+ years combined experience in a variety of industries and disciplines bringing a wealth of knowledge, excellence and innovation to all of our services. Driven by state-of-the-art technology, we integrate the many facets of business, risk, compliance and management to achieve the best results for our clients.

We describe ourselves as a “62 year old start-up business”. We are a new company but one with a very long, successful history. Risk Compliance Performance Solutions, LLC was established on December 15, 2010, following the sale of The Keane Organization, Inc. As a spin-off of two divisions of the former Keane, we began with established Retirement Services and Risk Management clients. Keane, founded in 1949 by our Chairman’s father, Harry B. Grossman, was owned by Steven J. Grossman until the sale on December 14, 2010. The partners of RCP Solutions are Caroline Castagno, Steven Grossman and Mary Steigerwalt. As such, we are  a women-owned business.
